2 lbs ground beef, 85% or 90% lean
1 med onion, finely chopped
2 large eggs
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 Tbsp ketchup
3 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/3 cup milk
1 ½ tsp salt, or to taste
1 ½ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp ground paprika

3/4 cup ketchup
1 ½ tsp white vinegar
2 ½ Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp ground black pepper
¼ tsp salt

Instructions

Pre-heat the oven to 375°F and
line a 9"x5" loaf pan with parchment paper.

All of the meatloaf's
components should be combined in a big bowl. Blend thoroughly.

Add the meat to the loaf pan,
form it evenly, and bake the meatloaf for 40 minutes at 375°F.

Combine all of the sauce's
